We are implementing new procedures to ensure your health and safety:
We ask that all individuals wear a mask when entering the office
- Patients are to check-in for paperwork and wait in your vehicle
- We are prescreening/taking temperatures all patients for symptoms upon check-in
- We have increased personal protective equipment (PPE) for staff
- We have increased sanitation/disinfection of all locations
- Consistent temperature monitoring of all patients and staff
- Our offices will be monitoring all CDC and State Board of Health recommendations
We do request that patients restrict additional visitors with them, unless needed – such as a parent, guardian or support person.
